The Gukurahundi Genocide

A hard-hitting theatrical piece that looks at the history of the liberation struggle of South Africa and Zimbabwe, two neighboring countries that share more than just a border. The play looks at key events and key figures that contributed to the current narrative in matters of freedom and land.
The play is premised on the Gukurahundi genocide, and looks at the role played by the genocide in violating the innocent lives of Africans.
Power, greed, betrayal, murder, and violation of basic human rights are some of the themes addressed. The production is a clarion call for humanity to act on injustices.

The 9 member play is lubricated by live music and action-packed war scenes.
